4. Business Listings & User‑Submitted Content


Users who submit or claim a business listing agree that:
• All information provided is accurate and lawful
• They have rights to any text, images, or media submitted
• They grant us a non‑exclusive license to display, modify, and distribute submitted content as part of the directory

We may edit or remove content that violates these Terms or our standards.

5. Intellectual Property


All content on the Service—including branding, layout, text, graphics, and software—is owned by GoSoCo GoLoCo or licensed to us. Users may not copy or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Third‑Party Services


We use trusted third‑party providers to help operate the Service (such as hosting, analytics, or payment processors). These providers may process limited information solely to perform services on our behalf.
We do not sell, trade, or share personal information with outside parties for marketing purposes.
We are not responsible for the independent actions, policies, or failures of third‑party providers. Users acknowledge that:
• Third‑party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices
• We do not control how third‑party providers maintain or secure their systems
• We are not liable for damages arising from third‑party misuse, breaches, or actions outside our instructions

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoSoCo GoLoCo is not liable for:
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from interactions with listed businesses
• Actions or failures of third‑party service providers

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be handled in Arizona courts.


12. Arbitration Agreement


Before initiating any legal action, both you and (FutureFwd, LLC) dba GoSoCo GoLoCo agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service through binding arbitration.

• Arbitration will be conducted by a recognized arbitration provider in Scottsdale, Arizona.
• Each party is responsible for its own costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are not permitted.
• Either party may seek temporary or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction only to preserve rights or prevent immediate harm while arbitration is pending.

By using the Service, you agree that arbitration is the required first step for dispute resolution and that you waive the right to a jury trial or class action unless prohibited by law.
